Hey everyone, sorry, but I just found out today that my husband has two medical appointments that day in Salt Lake, and I have to drive him. I'm sorry, but I'm gonna have to back out. (I was signed up for a dessert.)
Yikes! The date is getting closer!! I finally designed my full card swap card yesterday-- you will LOVE it! At least I do! And my doorprize is finished. Now I just need to make the rest of my cards and decide on my shoebox swap....
So it looks we are 13 in number and registration is now closed. Since there will be 13 shoebox swaps, time won't be as much of an issue, so if your project takes a little longer than 6-8 minutes, that won't be a problem.
Only 16 more days!! Who has finished their cards for the swap?? I am almost done. I am just waiting for some ribbon I ordered last week. But I do need to figure out my shoebox swap! I'll work on that tomorrow!!

YuRee! That would be great! I think you are still on the list & in the final count of 13. And I was going to make you a swap even if you couldn't make it. Tina?
;) I actually have my shoebox swap done and will certainly try to get my full cards done by tomorrow. I'm just getting everything together for my door prize and name tag so I should be set!
I have my swap cards done as much as I can until my order comes in. I'm about 10" short on 5/8" choc chip grosgrain ribbon & 1 piece of Old Olive cardstock short. If I don't get my order in before the swap, does anyone have these that I can buy from them? I just thought I'd get my order in sooner, so I'd have it in time.
I also have my shoebox card designed, I just have to prep it. Then I need to work on the doorprize & name tag.
Did I mention that I have Pampered Chef show at my house the same night? It's gonna be crazy around here!

I have both the ribbon and the CS, so let me know if you still need them for the swap and I can bring them with me. I'm just trying to finish all my school work and prep for my club on Saturday, then I can think about this event!

you are more than welcome to come!! A couple people told me that they already made 16 swaps anyway.
YuRee, I didn't delete you? Oopsie! I deleted somebody! Now I am confused. So everyone plan for 14 because I may have deleted someone who is still coming. If you go home with one extra of your own then that will still be ok.

Amy I'll put you in for the drawing since your shoebox swap is ready... We'll just switch yours around! : ) Get everything else ready by next Friday and you'll be in both drawings!

Everyone, you have til midnight tonight to post when all 14 of your card swaps are finished to be entered into the drawing. And you have til next Friday to have all your shoe box swap supplies ready to be entered in the other drawing!!
Thanks to YuRee for providing me with a piece of OO cardstock, I was able to finish my swaps last night. I was also able to prep my shoebox card! So both of those are complete & ready to go! I plan to work on my name tag & doorprize today.
Tina~I went over all the old posts & unless you got a PM from someone saying they are "in" or "out" of the swap, it looks like you have all of the participants on your list...13 total.
I designed my shoebox swap card today!! I think it turned out really cute!! I found some patterned paper that looks fantastic with Soft Sky and Blue Bayou. And it has a touch of Cranberry Crisp. So all my cardstock and ribbon is Stampin Up and the stamp set is Stampin Up, but there is a little piece of decorative paper that is not from Stampin Up but it was so pretty I just had to use it!!!
Oh yeah, and for my door prize, I found an old clip board that my daughter used to use for school, so I altered it with the Cutie Pie paper! It was really fun to make and I think it turned out pretty.
I'm gonna be a party-pooper
