Hey ladies,
A friend & I would like to see how many of you would be interested in getting together in Winder, GA. It would be held in a facility close to the one held in Cumming. We could try to see if we could get it in November so we can do a Christmas theme or wait until after Pam's in March. Please let me know if you are interested so we can get the building booked & things in the works.
Christmas Theme Shoebox Swap, Dirty Stamper Game, Demos, Door Prizes, Lunch, Snacks & LOTS OF FUN!
I will keep updates in this, the origional, post.
I will also add directions and other info as we get a little closer to the date.
Let me know who is coming so that we have an idea for how many swaps to make. I will assume that everybody coming will be participating in the shoebox swap unless they tell me otherwise.
RULES FOR SHOEBOX SWAP:
*Full cards only if your project is a card.
*Please try to use only SU products and current stamps. If you can't do this it's okay but we love to show our creations to our customers and can't show other products.
*Make sure to bring enough for each person to make a card.
*Bring everything needed for the card; stamps, ink, embellishments, hole punches, cutting tools, scrub & mist...etc. Label everything! Each person should bring your own basic adhesive to carry with you.
*Precut as much as possible and put all of the ingredients in individual baggies. It helps to have one baggie per person so that if we run out of time we can grab the bag and assemble at home.
*No prestamping. That is what we are there to do.
*Any project is fine, cards, 3-D, mini books...be creative.
*Make a sample for your station and put your name with it so we know who designed each card as we move around the room.
*Bring your best work!
DIRTY STAMPER GAME:
This game is so much fun!
*Gifts should be at least a $10-20 value.
*Make sure they are wrapped
*Gifts can be SU merchandise, hand made crafts, girly things, any stamp or scrap related products...etc.
*If you bring a stamp set, please no used or retired sets.
*We will draw #'s and go over the rules before we start. Allison?
