Marie, it will be mostly stamps but also a few miscellaneous things. My attention has been on planning and prepping for classes ... I know it's still summer time, but I'm already thinking about Halloween and Christmas!
That would be great! So far we have two other ladies attending. I hope you can make it! Let me know by Monday (that's when I'll be cutting card stock and prepping materials).
Did you see my referral policy? If you bring a friend who has never attended one of my classes, you get to make a free extra set of cards.
I'm still here. I gave two exams to a total of 140 students today. My weekend is going to be delightful. I would love to come out to your Tuesday night gatherings, but I can't make the schlep out to Yorba Linda on a weeknight. I just don't have it in me. Maybe someday, you'll be in this neighborhood? I could meet for a coffee or something somewhere between here and there?
My husband works in your area and the traffic coming out this way is pretty bad during rush hour. Maybe we could meet up in downtown Fullerton one of these days???
Enjoy grading papers ... doesn't sound like much fun, but I suppose it could be entertaining when people make stuff up to try and get partial credit.
Grading is not fun, but I understand how important the class and grades are to my students, so I do it carefully. My helper and I will be at it for some 10 hours on Friday. Yikes.
Fullerton is still about half an hour out for me, but I guess it is for you too. It would be great fun to meet. Could you meet during the day on a Thursday or Friday?
October 7th might work for me actually. I might be swamped again by then, though. Will you send me an email on Monday, or I will email you. I should know where I'm at by then.
It would be fun to do a little community show and tell.
Cheers,
Florence
