The Retreat at Rustler’s Lodge in Sundre is scheduled for June 6-8, 2014, with an option for a third night departing on June 9, 2014
We are full.
Here are the details.
Costs for 2 nights/3 days are as follows:
Starting 2pm on Friday, ending 3:00 pm on Sunday
Includes dinner and brunch on Friday and Saturday, and brunch on Sunday
Shared room - own queen bed- $220 plus taxes
Costs for 3 nights / 4 days are as follows
Starting 2pm on Friday, ending 3:00 pm on Monday
]Includes dinner and brunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and brunch on Monday
Shared room - own queen bed - $330 plus taxes
To avoid the additional costs of cancellations and the frustration of trying to fill rooms etc., we are instituting the following rules
To hold your bed a $100 deposit is required – payable to me. It is fully refundable if you cancel before May 5, 2014. If you cancel after that date and either you or I can find someone to replace you, it is also refundable. If not, you forfeit the deposit to cover the additional cost of cancellation. You are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid

Will be out of country visiting with my 'boys' and their parents. Also going to a family wedding in Ireland! They still know how to party over there!! Sorry to miss you ladies and what will be a great weekend again. :( One of these days I'll get back to Alberta!

I`m thinking about packing too, Robin! Better start making a list so I don`t forget anything when I leave for the UK on Wednesday!! Hope you girls have a wonderful time.

Wrong kind of packing! All you need is a clean pair of panties, a toothbrush and your stamps to come with us!
I am sending the final room assignments to Kelly Monday morning. We have 11 people in total with 8 of us staying for three nights. It should be great fun.
I will return everyone�s deposit on the weekend and you will pay Kelly directly for the weekend.
Goody bags have a maximum limit of $3 and can be anything you want � plan for 11 people.

Does anybody have a stamp that would work for a "Gettin' Hitched" wedding card. I don't care if it is just western themed. I have absolutely nothing that will work.

A promised, here is an update on the room situation. Room 3 will not be ready for us this weekend so Kelly and I have had to do some shuffling. The new room assignment list has been e-mailed to you.
Gitta and Antje, you will move to Room 5.Since you both are only staying for 2 nights and Kelly needs that room Sunday night .
Deb, you will move into Room 4 with Diane and I .Kelly was able to put the queen bed from room 3 in that room since the last cot is pretty tiny.
Everyone else stayed the same. This was the easiest solution to not having room 3.
