Yeah MIchelle! I am so excited you're joining the swap. We will have a wonderful time getting together if yesterday's Baltimore swap with Cindy is any indication! Must desing, right now, because as you are all aware........I am slow! (quit laughing..)

I have updated the list thru post # 48 and we are FULL..... yea!!!!
You don't know how I worried if anyone would come or not since I have not hosted a SBS before but I have had a great mentor (CindyL). I just hope I can live up to it :-)
I will acept people on the wait list because we all know that life happens and things change, sometimes at the last minute.
As you can see I have received payment from a bunch already. I will email the newly added my mailing address for sending payment.

Michelle, I am so happy you are coming. I really enjoyed meeting you at Tracy's and look forward to seeing you again.
Marcia, it was great seeing you again at Cindy's and I was happy to hear you were coming to this swap!
I can't wait to see what everyone makes. The creativity around here is amazing.
I have received payment from about 1/2 of you. I will ask that all payment be in to me by the 15th so that we have time for others to join if someone can't make it. I can add people on the the wait list if anyone else is interested.
All the preperations on my end are going as planned and I think I may have even come up with a design for my swap card. Don't get excited, it's just in my head, not even a sample of it made yet. I'm never that prepared - LOL.
Just again so you know since this is a new location for us all, we have an ice machine we can get ice from during the swap (Yea!) and we will have use of the fridge but not the stoves. I will be all set up the night before (thanks to my hubby) and ready for everyone at 9am that Saturday. I will post direction soon and then again the week of the swap.
If anyone has any questions, please just ask.

Sorry you can't make it this time Lynn but I got approval from the fire house to schedule 3 for next year so I will schedule them on months that Cindy and Cathy don't. But I have to get my days in soon to make sure I get them.

I had asked everyone to give me their full name, address and phone numbers. These are for my use. If for some reason the swap has to be cancelled (weather, building unusable, etc) then I would need this info to return everyones fee. I would only retun the fee if I had to cancel because of us being unable to use the building. The fee is unrefundable if you can't make it. Sorry but the hall still needs to be paid for. I had also asked for everyones phone numbers. Again if I had to cancel because the building was unusable then I would need to make sure I got hold of everyone and I know not everyone gets onto Splitcoast everyday. I should have done a registration form which I didn't this time (my bad) but I will next time.
So if everyone who has not already done so, please provide me with this information in a PM to me (not to the thread).

When you go take a claritin, since they do have several cats and a dog hanging out in the store...lots of fur everywhere.lol
