Default Use for the leftover rubber from trimming

I have an idea for a use for the leftover rubber you have when you trim your stamps. I think it would work great to stick to the bottom of stamp pads to keep them from slipping around when you are inking up your stamp. Now, I don't have any of the new stamp pads so I don't know if this would work with them, but I'm sure it would work with other pads.

Great idea! I put them all in a box for my 5 yr old, he sits there and makes mosaic pictures with them while I stamp.

You can also make your own mosaic background stamp.

I also use them to make shaker boxes instead of the mounting tape My kids love them too because they will take a big bag of them and create piectures on a piece of paper ;)

here is a goofy one-
our cabinet doors in the kitchen did not have the little foam pieces at the corner that help soften the sound when the door is closed. I used leftover rubber dots in the corners so when the door shuts it is a gentle sound and not a loud thump (especially useful when my then 2 yo delighted in banging the doors shut! )
