Smile Micheal's dollar rack

Our local Micheal's has a wire rack of items that are $1 each - the top rack is filled with very simple stamps for a dollar each. I have used them in the past to experiment when I didn't want to use my "good" stamps - like things that involve something hot or sticky.

Today - the second section of the rack was stuffed with charms, buttons, and other embellishments from the K-company and other name brands. All for a dollar.

If you have a local Michael's you might want to check for similar bargains - apparently Target isn't the only one with $1 features.

Not to mention my newspaper stuck three Micheal's flyers in my Sunday paper - triple coupons.

I have seen the stamps before but not the other embellishments. I am going to have to check those out. Thanks for sharing the info.

I see a trip to Michaels in my future . . . like Thursday when it's payday.

I actually haven't been there since before Christmas, and I've been wondering it they have any new $1 stuff. Thanks for the info

They must have given you mine...I didn't get one :(
That's ok...I REALLY don't need to go spend any more money there anyway... ;)

They had some cute $1 stamps at my store. Not sure if it is just the NY stores, but the Dots, Dashes, and Checks ribbon was $1. I bought 10 spools. Might end up going back for more!

I went on Sunday and they had the dollar stamps as always but it is funny how it is the same ones that I see month after month. They did however K &Company, Basic Grey embellishments and I snapped up a lot of those and ribbon on sale for a $1. I know I bought the new Papercrafts magazine but my subscription should start soon, and the new Creating Keepsakes magazine. I can't remember what else I bought, my money went to Big Lots as they had stampable items there and good Watercolor paper.

Our Micheal's stocks up on stamps and ribbon.but not always the kind of ribbon I want.but it has 3 yards on it.
Here is another $1.00 item Micheal's has all the time now too.don't forget the bobbin ribbon is perfect for those scrapbook pages.I bought one of those plastic clear, see through container and it holds lots of the bobbin ribbon. I have to get another container since I just filled this one up.Now I just have to use it.
