Default Your Favorite Tape...

I was wondering what everyones favorite tape was....I tried the ones that come in a method where you roll the tape on and didnt like it...never have luck with it going smoothly no matter what the brand...Tried Two Way glue and it didnt stay stuck good enough.....I finally came down to just buying the double back tape regular scotch brand....works the best for me I have more control over it and if the card stock doesnt look even it comes up easy enough withoout tearing....What about you guys????

Another one that is ok to use is the scotch brand tape runner. It's kinda like the snail/mono adhesive and is refillable. I don't think it's as sticky but it holds cards together! I tried it because it was on sale this month at Archivers, buy one get one free!

For most of my cards, I use either scotch double stick tape or Creative Memories tape runner. The CM tape runner is really sticky, and it goes on so smooth. I can never get the mono to work right, it always gets all gummed up. Even my demo uses the scotch at all her workshops. She had so many people complain and want to return the mono, she doesn't demo it anymore. When I need serious sticking power, like for the surprise pop-up card, I use the CM Photo Tape. It is the stickiest stuff I have ever used.

I was at a scrap retreat this weekend and my friend had a new one by Duck (as in Duck tape) a red case similar to mono or snail, but the tape was much smoother when it rolled on. It said it was archival, but was located in office supplies not scrap book stuff at Wal-Mart. She said it was very cheap so that is what I am getting next. It worked really well.

This is what I use! It's $8.77 ish for 4 dispensers. I have never had a problem with it and all the cards I have made have stayed stuck so far ;)

That's easy I use Scotch 2 sided tape (or Target Brand) or Red Liner tape or 3M Foam Tape... depending on the situation of course.

Red Liner tape I buy i get from http://www.apeekintoyesterday.com she only charges a buck a roll for 5 yards. I only use it on things i think might come unstuck or ribbon it works great on.
