Who makes this die?

I came across a card in a store with this CS piece that appears to be a die-cut. I have searched sizzix, quickutz, and nestabilities with no luck. You ladies have always come through with the answers. Any idea who makes the die for this? I think it's a lovely flourish. It is approx. 3.75" x 2.50".

I don't know for sure, but it looks like it is from the Cricut Accent Essentials cartridge. I will try to find a good close up of that particular cut.
