Made a mistake with my first gable box order. Ordered ALL WHITE. Losing my mind trying to come up with ideas. The worst news is I promised to have them by Sunday. HELP
What size are they and what are you using them for?

They are the Pillar boxes. Hard shape to work with. Tried background stamping them and several other things that look BLAAAAAAA Oh so white. Why didn't I order the pretty colors
Thanks all
Take your brayer or sponges to those boxes and make them any color you want!
That is a perfect way to get rid of that starky whiteness! Then do a little DTP and add your stamp images! Color/ highlight specific areas of the images and your done!!!
Not much brayer experience. I have copied the outline and playing with then on scrap paper and NOTHING. All the ones in the catty are such pretty colors. I have a brayer, but no experience with it yet
The stipple brushes are also a great way to fill in all that pesky white space after your main image is done - I reach for my barely banana pad pretty often for just that purpose. If you don't have the stipple brushes, itty bitty backgrounds (speckles) or even a sponge would do the trick. too.
I love the wheel idea and the stipple brushes. I have both. I guess what I am doing wrong is not coming up with a design I like. I just started one with the sponges with green on the bottom for a grasslike start. Now looking at DD DAisy and trying to come up with an idea. Thanks for the good ideas........... Off to fix dinner, with a scraproom that looks like sometime I use to yell at my kids to clean up :o
Thanks again all
