Mines pretty boring too. I am a guide leader for my daughters girl guide group here in alberta, canada. So hence the guidinggirl. My first choice was taken..lol.
wow fun thread! I have always loved Batman and while dateing my DH got me lots of Batman things... I had a whole room set up. My old roommate thought I was in a Batman cult LOL. then we got married and had kids and they have taken over my batman room :( so now its all in boxes :( maybe it will come out again when the kids are older. I'm batgirl in my email and on Ebay as well.
Mine is because I stay up late stamping and scrapbooking. Seems like I can never get to it at a decent hour. LOL I use this id for ever group or message board I'm on.
Location: In my Happy Place with no one bothering me....I hope!

J is for Jeff (DH) S is for Sue (me) and our DD is Brooke. The Brook trout is the state fish of Pennsylvania (husband is an avid fly fisherman)
He wanted our daughter to be named Brooke trout......but I vetoed that! LOL!
I belong to a friendship sorority and run around with a group of women that some of us happen to have the same names. So to tell us apart, there is a Good Cherie, Good Bev, Bad Bev and Bad Sherry. The only thing I can say is Good Cherie and Good Bev would never ever be caught riding on the back of a convertible at 4 am!

Mine is pretty simple. Gio is the initial of my three kids - Gabriel and my twin girls Isabelle and Olivia.
Two of my 3 daughters have the same names as your girls, only it's their middle names. I have an Ashton Olivia and an Anna Isabelle. Great minds think alike, huh?
Until I turned 33, my only hobbies were reading and writing (I've got an MA in medieval literature). My mom is a fine artist, and I just assumed she kept all the visual creative genes for herself. Then I discovered book binding and learned that you should have a "name" for your "press." It seemed a little silly to me since I don't sell anything and only give my handmade books to family and friends, but I started putting Late Blossom Press on my stuff since I blossomed late in creating stuff. Then I discovered stamping and wow. At 40 I've got a whole room of craft stuff and a huge inventory of stamps, ink, and such. I did blossom late!
My last name is Motherway....My bosses at work tease me because I am always making cards for people, other employees, their friends, family, etc. etc. They are big fans of my cards and everytime they see one, they say..oohhh another Mothermark card..(play off Hallmark) Anyway, that's the story....

Mine is my real name...I use it everywhere. No one has my name really...so there ya go;)
My ex-SIL has your name and it's spelled the same way, too. But I SERIOUSLY doubt you'll find her on this site. And I'm pretty sure I would like you a lot better than I like her.

I'm pretty sure if I were in a group of Danas I would be the Bad Dana, too. But it's more fun that way, isn't it?
Mine is fairly boring too...my married name is Blenkinsopp and I live in a province that is kind of isolated so almost everyone can trace their roots back to Ireland and England. The majority of surnames here are Irish or English (Murphy, White, Walsh, etc.) At least once a day someone asks how to spell it or pronounce it or asks what kind of name it is so I don't use it! I go by Kelly Bee (and my husband is Richie Bee) for simplicity. (FYI, my maiden name is Murphy - Kelly Murphy...pretty common name in Newfoundland)
My first name is Ruth - but the Fubsy part is a nickname that came about after we played a word game with our next door neighbours. Part of the game involved one player reading out an obscure word and the other players guessing the correct meaning from a few multiple choice answers.
Barry was snorting with laughter when he announced the word was Fubsy - it turned out to mean short and squat - sadly, a very accurate description of me! So my nickname has been Fubsy ever since!
Mine is rather boring as well. I love to stamp and love Stampin' Up, so that's where I got stampin. Crazy just seems to fit my life etc. Some of my friends call me Jen instead of Jennifer.
my sister and i got into stamping together, and are co-demonstrators. we do everything together including having our kids within weeks of each other. she's my bestest friend i am the oldest so i am stampinsister1 and maybe someday she will get on here and be stampinsister2
I have always used becabooh because when I was little, my dad would always say "Becabooh, I love you"...awww, sappy I know...but I have always been a daddy's girl.

That is sweet. My son couldn't say grandma either so he calls my mom "Frama" and now all the grandkids do. Well except for my nephew he calls her hunny because he hears my dad call her that. So she is either frama or hunny.
That's too funny! My 3 year old son just recently calling my mom and dad "Grammer" and "Gramper"...up until then it had always been just Grandma and Grandpa...don't know what initiated the change, but I think it's adorable!!
Back to the OP...My name is Michelle, and growing up, my family always called me Shelley. I HATED it!!! I used to tell everyone "My name is MICHELLE, not SHELLEY!" Now as an adult, I don't mind it too much. The 1010 is my anniversary. I use it on almost everything now. HA!;)
I have two sons, Truman and Carter, therefore I'm TruCarMa. (There are eight years between my boys; before my youngest was born I often used the screen name of TruMama.) I also like that it sounds like "true karma" as I definitely subscribe to the idea that what you send out into the world comes back to you.
I have used this name for everything because I got my bachelors in jazz studies.. i majored in voice and piano and now i'm a high school music teacher. (jazz band and choir are, ofcourse, my favourite subjects to teach)... and my name (yes my REAL name) is Tobi.

Oh, please, don't let him chose the next name either!!!

Good to know -- my guess was that your son's name was Mark!!!
When I signed up with Split Coast way back when I was pretty new to the whole *forum* thing and didn't really realize that it was going to show up like it does . . . oh well. Live and learn!
Exactly what happened to me. Mine is initials - dh first and then me. At least I can easily remember it.
What a fun thread!!! I have to explain a little first. I started stamping in, I think, about 2000. My boys were all home then and involved in sports, etc., you all know how it is, and though I didn't work out of the home, I was involved in tons of volunteer work both through school and church, so my time to do what I wanted was very limited. I fell in love with stamping as soon as I was exposed to it, and though I tried to make more time for it, it kind of took a back burner. I did stamp all throughout those years, but on an as-needed basis. Then in April, 2006 I sat here one day and thought I'd take a serious look at this website my neighbor kept ranting about. Well, that was it!!! I registered immediately and when it asked for my username, my thought process was, "What in the world am I even doing here, I don't have time to stamp!". So *notimetostamp* flew off my fingers without much thought put into it. Little did I know that I would be making friends here who would know me only as *notimetostamp*. LOL!!!
However, I must add, once *notimetostamp* starting digging around in the galleries and figured out the challenges, well *notimetostamp* suddenly *found time to stamp*, and the rest is history!!!
So, at this time let me just say a HUGE THANK YOU to SCS and to all of you here who upload your great works of art and to all the moderators and the challenge hostesses -- you turned an *as-needed* stamper into an incurable stampaholic!!!!
When I first purchased a computer back in 97 and registered with AOL I had no clue what to use for a user name. I decided to use my first name and the number of my home street address. It is not creative at all but it is the name I have used for everything online since that time. I have never found anyone else ever using it so it works for everything.
My first name is WAX and my middle name is YO. JUST KIDDING (obviously)!
Like some others, I was choosing an AOL screenname and many of the obvious choices were taken - I had just spent a heavenly month in England studying and had spent some time at a pub called Waxy O'Connor's...not wanting to type that every time I logged in, I shortened it to WAXYO and it stuck!
I wish my screen name wasn't chosen after a bar, but it's a little late now!
