Demo Order, Customer Order and Supply Order?

Demo ~ straight to the demo, no benefits, only demo can place and can order stuff not available to everyone yet.

Customer ~ straight to the customer, no benefits, must be items from active catalogs and minis

Hostess ~ must be over $150 and can go to customer or demo and receives benefits.

Edit ~ oops, SUPPLY is for business supplies. No benefits, no IB&C merchandise.

I've done a customer order and had it shipped to myself. A customer order is just any order not purchased by the demo for stuff for under $150

So to order the new colours, i go to demo order. Can I order mini catalogues and Inspiration sheets on Demo Order? Does a Demo order count towards quota sales and great rewards points?

You need to order the mini catalogs and inspiration sheets on a supply order. The demo order will count towards your sales.

Edit: And yes, the new colors go on a demo order.
