The now retired Christmas Tags set. I wasn't sure if I wanted to stamp!! I bought it, some US White, and a Basic Black Classic pad. I already had Prismacolor pencils left over from college, so I used those to color them in. I bought some scrap paper from Michaels to mount them onto.
Goodness, I've come so far since then!!!

I think it was called "Merry and Bright" or "Celebrate the Season". Back then I didn't know I was supposed to put that little title label on the box. It was 1997.
My first set was Simple Wishes. I didn't want to spend to much money in case I stick with it. My kids didn't think I would. Now they can't believe I'm still doing it.
I bought 3 sets. Itty Bitty Bolds, A Greeting For all Reasons, and the African animal set that retired in 2003, unfortunately I don't recall the name, it has an elephant, giraffe, gazelle, lion, zebra, and an alligator with it's mouth open. I wish I'd saved the name.

Meow Meow and either Lovely as a Tree or Fantastic Foliage (I'm starting to not remember these things anymore!) in the same SU order form. I can't believe the last 2 sets are still not retired yet! I'm still usin' 'em!
Mine were Kimono and Asian Art. Man I thought I'd do a lot with those. Never really did, but I certainly use the rest of my stamps!! Thank heavens for SU!
My first set was Sketch It... like others I thought it was a pretty versitile set... and I have to say I think that was about 4 or 5 years ago and I still love the set and reach for it often

Well, my first order was over $300, so I got quite a few stamp sets. That was another life when we had two incomes and no children. I was hooked right from the start. A couple of the sets were Pansy, Flashy Florals, Best Borders, Grapes and Simply Divine. I need to pull some of those out and play with them again. They were all from the 98-99 catty.

My first stamp set was Birthday Best. I didn't know if I would like this stamping thing so I bought a cheap set. I can't stand that set anymore. I am thinking of trading it off.
