what kind of CD holders to use to store TAC stamps?

I have some TAC sets I just got and I want to store them in CD holders, like I read here

do i get the ones that are hard clear plastic with the black spine/insert?

or can I use the 'jewel' ones?

Also...

how do you label them? and what if all the stamps from one set do not fit in a case, do you put it in two - if so, how do you label it?

I store my stamps in regular CD cases, and take out the middle part so that I can store my stamps appropriately. The slim CD cases are too slim for the stamps.
