More often than not it's a plain inside or just a sentiment (such as Happy Birthday). I always run out of steam when it comes to the insides! I love some of the cards in the gallery that the poster has decorated the inside and the envelope to coordinate with the front, it really pulls it all together!
I'm often curious about this myself. I'd love to see some creative ideas. I usually cut a fancy background of coordinating cardstock to stamp a sentiment on and space for signature.

In the past mine have been blank, plain white. But after seeing such pretty inside here I have decided that I will make a coordinating border or corner decoration for future cards. Andrea
It really depends on my mood, I guess, lol! Sometimes I leave it blank to be used more like a notecard. Or, I might stamp a sentiment or verse inside to make it look more like a "professional" card, lol. Sometimes I will split a sentiment into two parts and stamp the first part on the outside with the remainder stamped inside. That just depends on the stamp itself and whether it would look ok split like that.
Sometimes I use a piece of tex-weight paper as a liner. Most of the time I do carry at least one stamped element through to the inside. Often I'll do a lot of stamping, though, or add a strip of the same decorative paper as the outside design uses. As I say, it all depends mostly on whim, lol...
I like to "dress up" the inside of the card. I used to leave them blank but now I try to make them co ordinate with the front of the card. If I'm sending it to someone I will just write on a monogrammed sheet of paper and slip it inside - then they can still use the card for someone else.
If a card is for a specific occasion, not just a set of blank notecards, I usually try to do something coordinating on the inside. Sometimes, it's just a little graphic detail in a corner, or punched corners, and usually a basic sentiment.
I made an album in the SCS gallery to hold photos of the insides and close-ups of cards. Then, in the gallery for the cards, I'll put a link to the inside.
Sometimes blank and sometimes I use coordinating paper to make them very nice. I usually stamp some sort of sentiment inside, I have alot of really funny b-day ones I use alot.
Mine are generally blank, but I will sometimes stamp a simple "Happy Birthday" or other sentiment inside or a small related image in the corner. I usually prefer to use the inside to handwrite a note to the person I'm giving the card to.

Most of the cards that I prepare for swaps are blank on the inside. If I am making a card with a specific person in mind, I make sure to include some type of sentiment on the inside. If I don't have that perfect stamp for the sentiment, I use my color laser printer and use the Stampin UP RGB codes to match the ink. This gives me a lot of flexibility to pick just the right font or use my Vlettering software.
I used to always stamp a sentiment - but then I decided I would rather buy stamps with pretty pictures rather than words. So, now I usually print the sentiment from the computer and stamp a bit of decoration around it. That way I can have it say exactly what I want.
Great question! ...I sometimes computer generate a saying or quote, (if I don't have just the right stamp) print on cardstock, trim and then adhere to the inside.
Sometimes I layer on colored cs, or decorate...sometimes not...
Here is a Picture of one I've recently done.

I usually leave it blank or add a stamped sentiment. If the CS is dark, I always add a layer of white or vanilla so it's easier to write on. However, I always like to decorate my envelopes to match. Just something simple on the bottom front corner or the back flap. I think that makes them look more 'professional' and personal at the same time.
Goals for 2015 50 scrapbook pages/50 cards---progress 35/50 cards Complete my daughter's wedding scrapbook album Spend more time enjoying my friends and not so much time obsessing on work!!!
I decorate the inside. I like it when you open it and its just as pretty as the outside. I have one picture of the inside of one of my cards on my blog. For some reason I don't put the inside pictures on my blog to often. I do when I list on eBay but half my cards never make it there....they get sent to someone.....
I have a great book - "Say it with Sytle" perfect quotes for every Card-making occasion and I have used many of those printed out on my computer, really nice sentiments for the inside. Corner punch all 4 corners also.
