I am looking for ideas to make Save The Date cards and Wedding Invitations for my daughter's upcoming wedding. I have tried browsing the gallery but am still looking for more ideas. They have to be handmade --- she does not want any from a printing website. Does anyone have any ideas of where to look or if you have made cards and would like to post - I would love to see them.
Thank you!
I don't have a lot of photos, but I do invites and have a book for brides/customers to look through. The pocket invite is ALL too popular, and I'm tired of making them! Ha!
This particular bride chose a tall skinny pocket and wasabi with snowflakes. But most of my brides like the size for a standard 11 x 8.5" sheet folded in half, then the top layer is cut on the bias for the pocket.
I'd have her show you a few samples online of what she likes or styles she prefers so you can get a better idea of what she's thinking. I'd also recommend this site for inspiration: studiono8: Wedding Invitations and Pricing There are beautiful samples linked on the left side.
Good luck and don't forget to have extra supplies on hand for mistakes! My printer likes to eat a page every now and then. ;)
Here are a few from my gallery. The first two are the invites I did for my son's wedding last month. The third is a simple anniversary party invite that could be altered for a wedding. HTH

I looked at your invitations - they are lovely. Hope the new couple are doing well. (and you, too)
