Cool using a stylus

Has anyone ever used a stylus. Would it be worth my while to purchase one. Do they sell them at places like Michaels. Thanks

I use a stylus for lots of stuff--dry embossing, scoring (when I'm too lazy to put the scoring blade in my paper cutter), and making marks to place embellishments are just a few uses that I can come up with. I also use my bone folder a lot, too. You can get a stylus at Michael's right by the brass templates, and they aren't that expensive. I actually have 3 styluses (stylii??--whatever the plural is), as well as the Empressor (a metal stylus with a rounded ball in each end as opposed to the tiny metal ball at the end of a tip), and it's okay, but I use my 'regular' stylus for more detailed dry embossing.

HTH!

I do use a stylus for dry embossing. Thanks Jeanne for the tip about using one for scoring!
