I'm looking for card ideas (most likely fun folds) that showcase both sides of the two tone SU 12x12 cardstock--preferably not with teaering to show the white core.
Thanks in advance.
Connie Stewart at simplysimplestamping.com has a fun fold using the two-tone CS. The post (4 panel Accordion fold birthday card) is from April 5, 2025. I made the card using one of the colors (Garden Green), but I think it needs one of the other colors that has a definite difference in shades and it would be very cool.

I always forget the correct name so I call it the angled drape fold....I will see if I can find a card with it.
Ok...LOL. I need more caffeine. It IS called the drape or curtain fold and here is a SU demo I came across doing a demo-but I like it bc she addressed using paper with a direction.

Going through recent Connie Stewart tutorials myself, I just came across this one that showcases both sides of paper: The Hidden Message Card she posted on the 11th:
Good luck and have fun with whatever you try - please share your results with us if you're comfortable!

I recently held a card class with the Two-Tone Cardstock. These are some of the cards showing both sides on a card. You can also use just one of the sides and distress it and the white comes through. Sanding one one and tearing on the other card. (Excuse the class advertising on this one as I couldn't locate the single photos of them at this time). Emboss the cardstock and corner fold it. This one was inspired by a card in the catalogue to finish it off with the flowers.

Love what you've done with this! I bet that class was a lot of fun.
[QUOTE=Garden Crafts;22407171]I saw this card in the gallery today. I think she used a sanding block with the Old Olive Two-Tone cardstock. I love how it came out!
Tracy--yes that's a nice card. I'm either too heavy or too light when I try to sand--there must be a trick to it. Thanks for adding this to the thread..
