It's not specifically "tooth fairy", but stamping bella has a really cute fairy stamp that I used for my tooth fairy boxes. I never photographed them, so I can't post a link. But you can check out their site, it the one called tinkerbella. Have fun!!
There's another stamp on the Stamping Bella website in the chichiboulie section called Twinkle Fairy. It's really cute too and could possibly pass for a Tooth Fairy stamp.

I used the Elzybells fairy on mine. Are you using Altoid tins? She is small so there is plenty of room for glitter and embellishments. I wish I had taken pictures!
It's not a fairy stamp........but if you could find a little fairy stamp you could use Melanie Muenchinger's What's In Your Tin stamp set that Gina K. sells to alter the altoid type boxes for them!!
