Default Tensor vs Ott

Is there a difference between an Ott light and a Tensor light. The tensor light says it is a full spectrum light. Is it basically the same thing only under a different name brand? Or is the Ott light a better light?

I should say here that I bought a tensor 18 watt table light at Lowe's last night. It made a huge difference in what I usually stamp by, but now I am wondering if the Ott is even better!

I bought a Tensor before I bought an Ott and I didn't care for the Tensor. I didn't think the quality was there, so I returned it and bought an Ott and love it.

I don't have both so I can't compare, but I have a Tensor that I got from QVC and I like it. It was inexpensive and it's portable. It's one of the tools that I can't live without.

100% ditto from me. Love my tensor light from QVC!
