Default Technique Question

I have a friend who wants to make the card on page 44 of the catty. The one made with Holiday Wishes. Can someone tell me how the green is applied on top of the stamped tree. The recipe says a watercolor brush is used, but do you water down the ink, cuz there isn't any watercolor crayons or anything else mentioned in the recipe. I am sure it is very simple, but I am just having a ton of simple spells lately (to much crap to do!!!). Thanks for any help you can give me. Debby

I would say they just put some ink on a CD or some slick surface and dipped the brush in a bit of water, then the ink and brushed it on. The more water you use, the light the ink will be. It's a really easy technique and pretty too HTH
