I don't have one that I print out. Just take a regular piece of white CS and cut it, that's what I do. Your insert will measure 4 3/3 x 4 3/4 and you can get two from one sheet. Easy peasy (and no waste of printer ink)

I also use a cut piece of white CS. Stamp my images and a small dot of tape and put it inside the cover. With my Xyron sticker maker I make labels for the end so I can see what set it is on my shelf as well.

I scan a picture of the stamp set from the catalog and adhere to the top with the xyron adhesive on one side and laminate on the other. It the scanned image is too large for the CD you can adhere a library pocket. I will also place ideas and samples in the pocket.

I actually just put all the stamps in the case, ink them up with stazon, and then close it and press real hard.

That way the impression of the stamps is on the case- it's easy to tell if any are missing, and I know how to get them all back in if it's a tight fit!

If I want to repurpose the case, stazon comes off with nail polish remover most of the time.

This is what I do too. I have a big stack of these stored in a plastic container waiting to be stamped on.

And it's a good way to use up the cheap white card stock that I have a ton of -- especially after discovering the awesome white card stock from Papertrey Ink.

I take a piece of Printer paper and cut it to fit the CD case and then take each stamp and ink it. and then stamp on the printer paper.

Then I tape the paper inside my CD case. and then lable it.

This works for me. And I can usually get two inserts out of 1 piece of paper. sometimes more.

I attached a photo below. This is how I do mine. Please note that the stamp is NOT a TAC stamp. But it is unmounted.

I use the free cd insert template from Avery with plain white Georgia Pacific card stock. I use an old insert to mark the pencil lines for cutting after I print the name of the set out on the "spine"

Here is a link to a previous post where I also attached photos. My posts are #19 & #20.

Hope this helps :-D
