When uploading a card I notice that if I use SUO the card will appear in the SU gallery. If I use SU, it doesn't. Do I assume correctly that the O means only SU products were used? If so, I see a lot of uploads that contain other products in that gallery so I am wondering how stringent should one be when deciding whether to use SUO or SU? Ex: using Memento ink as the only non-SU product OK? But using Nesties to die cut a SU image, not?
OR does the O just mean that that gallery is only for SU stamps and not those from other companies?
Confused
Hi! Yes, SUO means Stampin' Up! Only and will appear in the SU gallery. SUM means SU Mostly and will appear in our upcoming SUM gallery - I'm reorganizing the SU galleries.
Great question! I assumed if I used a SU set, It should go in the Stampin Up gallery. I just uploaded a card but kept it in my member gallery because the only SU on it was the sentiment. Hope this is okay...

Yes - you are correct. If it uses an SU stamp set, you should put it in that set gallery and also use the SUO/SUM keywords
Thanks. Will do. Question: If I upload a card (as a paying member) it shows up in my gallery but if I put it in a SU gallery, I get a red x. Do they have to be approved before moving into those galleries?
I didn't know that you could choose your gallery! I only have a couple of things in mine but the last time I uploaded something, I got an email telling me that it had been "moved" to a specific gallery for me It's still in MY gallery but now it is in a gallery for the set that I used also! It made me feel really good that the "powers that be" thought it belonged in an actual gallery
If you don't choose a specific gallery, it uploads it to your member gallery. Then the mods have to move it if it is SU or a technique, so I try to find the gallery and put it there myself. It automatically goes into your gallery as well. I just like to try to save the mods some time.

Hmmm...that's interesting. Sometimes my cards have a red X too and I never knew why. Eventually the red X disappears. (I'm a fan club member too).

That sounds odd to me, I don't think I've noticed it happening with my SU uploads. No no fanclub member uploads have to be approved, you just choose the gallery from the dropdown list when you first upload. I could understand it if you put it in your own gallery first and then moved it, as it takes time for the software to catch up.
@ CraftyMel2 - the little video that Lydia has linked in her signature is a great guide to uploading . It explains, too, that no matter what other gallery you upload a card to, it will always show in your own member gallery.
If you're using a keyword and then looking in that keyword gallery - like the SUO gallery, a challenge gallery, etc - there's about a 20 minute cycle where the database syncs keywords
