Does anyone know what SU's return policy is? On my last order, I put the correct description of the product I wanted but put the wrong item number (yes, I will be much more careful in the future!). I have contacted my SU representative about this. Both Items are the same price. Until I hear back from my demo, I was wondering if SU will exchange the items and if I will have to pay the shipping to send the item back? I know there are a lot of demos subscribing to this site and wondered how this is handled? Is there a SU policy or is it up to the demo as to how this is done? Thanks!
In accordance with SU policy, so long as your stamps are unused and saleable condition, which I assume they are since you said yo just got them, you can send them to SU for an exchange for 90 days from purchase. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to SU, and they will pay the cost to ship the new set to you.
Colleen is right, except you do have to have your Demo return them, because there is a form that needs to be filled out and sent with the return. It needs to include the order number.
