well, I had a water pen (or whatever they're called) from Michael's for a while b-4 SU! put the aquapainters in the catty. I still wanna try out the aquapainters though. I'm hoping they're a better quality. my water pens seem to leak too much water even when I store them tip up, and don't squeeze at all.
does anyone with SU! aquapainters seem to have leaking problems with theirs? I would hate to spend the $ for them and end up having the same problem.
and to queen bee: just get 'em out and play with them! you can wotercolor with re-inkers, or ink pooled on the lid of your pad from pushing the top onto the pad while it's closed. there's also the PE and future floor finish technique that I'll learning to love! anything that you would use a watercolor brush for (blender pens too I've heard) you can use an aquapainter for, and it's so convienient cuz all you need for clean up is a paper towel. you don't have to worry about dirty water, or spilling. HTH
