Default Star card template

I saw the coolest card on the Victorine Originals website home page. It was a card folded from all sides and the hole in the middle was a star. I have to know how to make it. Anyone have any ideas.

Since it's not listed in their 'free patterns' section....I would email them and ask if there is a pattern or tutorial for making it.

Default Me too! Me too! Thanks!

I'd be glad to bow down and say "I'm not worthy" also.
