Hello! As I live in Melbourne, I thought I would add to your list. Alot of scrapbooking/stamping stores have closed around Melbourne, but there are a couple that I know of.
One is:

I have personally been there (it's in the northern suburbs) and is more geared to cardmaking than other stores. It's not a huge store and if you go, try and avoid peak hour traffic (ie: before 9 am) and later in the a'noon (try & shop before 3 pm-school pick-up time) because the shop is located in a very busy area.
Another is:
Scrapbook Mega Store! 20 Alpine St, Ferntree Gully, Victoria (which is in the outer eastern suburbs at the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges - not too far from the Yarra Valley)
Open Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
Open Thursday and Friday 9:30 am - 5:00 pm, and
Saturday 9:30 am - 3:00 pm (Closed Mondays)
I haven't been to this one, but I understand it is
BIG.
There is also:
Scrappy Hollow. Phone: (03) 9879 6220. Street: Shop 1, 1 Maroondah Highway Town/City:
Croydon, Victoria (which is in the eastern suburbs - close to the Yarra Valley). There isn't a website for it and I haven't been there but it might be worth ringing to see what sort of stuff they have.
There is another store in Ringwood which is the suburb next to Croydon called: Scrapbook Magic, 1/9 Pilgrim Ct, Ringwood VIC 3134 (03) 9874 4077 I have been there once (which was the closest store to me when my local scrapbooking/cardmaking store in Eltham closed down) but they didn't have much range for cardmaking :( and were pretty pricey and I left with only a few ribbons (and that is so
NOT me!). They are mainly a scrapbooking store.

I haven't been to this one for a couple of years, but it was really good and
BIG and had a large range of stuff. I would have spent a whole day in there (and might still be there now) if only DH wasn't waiting in the car for me!
Hint: they have a steam train in Mornington which runs on a Sundays - buy DH 15 return tickets to go on train and you go shop, shop, shop......
