Stamping on candles

OK, I see all these cute ideas in the gallery where people have stamped on candles! How do you do it? I am still relatively new to this whole thing!

You could look in the "Techniques" forum and enter candles in the "Search this Forum" box.
Basic instructions... You stamp on a sheet of tissue paper (the gift wrap kind) Then tear out the stamped image, wrap it around the candle and heat CAREFULLY with a heat gun.
Some folks wrap a sheet of waxed paper around the candle over the top of the tissue paper before heating, but I'm not sure what that is for.
