Default Stampin Up's Rotary Cutter/Blades? (are they worth it)?

I'm going to my demo's new catalog party in a little over a week. I'm debating whether or not to get the paper cutter along with the rotary arm and a couple of the blades (wavy & scallop) OR a few stamp sets. I'm already getting most of the Project Life stuff at her party, so I can only get one or the other. So, is it worth spending an extra $50 for the paper cutter, rotary arm and two blades? Or should I stick with a few stamp sets?

I mainly only do Christmas cards (that's all the stamps I have) But I find that sometimes I wish I had a couple birthday sets and floral sets just in case I need a sympathy or birthday card. So I'm thinking of getting a couple of those too. But I just can't decide if I should get a few sets or the whole paper cutter thing? UGH. I hate making decisions.

One part of my brain says to get the paper cutter/blades but then the other part of my brain says not to get it because I already have a paper cutter. Guess I could see if Fiskars makes a rotary arm that can pop onto my cutter

What would you get?

I already have the paper cutter, but have not purchased the extra blades yet. I love the cutter. I would buy a few stamp sets that you can use for everyday cards. Paper cutter and accessories can come later.

Thanks. That's where I was kind of leaning towards. I'm putting together a list of things I want to get and I just added 5 stamp sets and 4 matching punches.

I'm thinking I'll add those to my order and look to see if Fiskars have a rotary cutter/blades. I mean how many times am I going to use a wavy or scallop cut on my cards? I like the concept, I just have to see if it's really worth it.

Get the stamps! Especially since you already have a paper cutter. I know I would use the stamps more than the rotary blades. I actually have decorative edge scissors from when I first began scrapbooking 14 years ago and I continue to use those (I know they are not as quick as the trimmer but I don't usually spend money on things if I have something that will already do the same thing - and that goes for more than just paper crafting!).

I love the rotary arm, wavy blades, perforated blades, etc. But it sounds like you need the stamps more. I would hold off on the fiskars trimmers and buy the su one later. I've had two fiskars trimmers and I love the su trimmer much better.
