Default Stampin Up question???

Hello Everyone,
I know that SU used to put the year on their labels of the stamps and that was great. Since they have stopped doing that how or where can I go to find out when a stamp set was made. When I buy new/used stamp sets, I put them in a spreadsheet that I have so I can keep track of what stamps I have and I have always included the year. I hope someone can help me. I am open to any suggestions.

Thank you in advance
Kimmie

I think the only way would be to go back through past catalogs to see which one they were in. If you don't keep your old catalogs, maybe your demo does. Good Luck.

There are only a few ways I can think of is. One is to check the gallery and see what the earliest use date of the set was. If you have a continuous quantity of catalogs, SU started putting a little notation by the new items in the catalog, but that's a recent addition. The only other thing is to come to sites like this and specifically ask about the sets you're interested in finding information about.

I know why SU did it (because of their expansion into more international markets and not all sets are available at the same time everywhere) but it makes it really hard for customers who try to keep track of their stamp information.

Thank you so much for all of your help. I did start checking the SU gallery here and so far I have been able to find them all. I did not realize that info was here...this is great!!! The people that keep this info updated here need to be commended for their hard work. From now on I will check here first, it is easier than going thru old catalog's.

Thanks again and I hope you have a very Merry Christmas
