Smile Stampin Up Exchange?

Does anyone know how long it takes for an exchange to go through? I accidently ordered Bouquet Pascal instead of Easter Blossoms. I sent my set back and it was received at Stampin Up on April 16th. I'm just curious since the mini catalog is ending on the 30th.

It should have been processed by now. I would ask your demo to contact SU about it. If you didn't go through a demo, you can call SU direct at 800-STAMPUP. They're usually faster than this at processing...

I ordered through my demo's website but called Stampin' Up directly about my exchange. Stampin' Up emailed the paperwork for my return and then i sent it back. I guess if it isn't here Monday I call them. Thanks again.
