Stampin Mist..check it out
I read from a lot of you about your problems with Stampin' Mist and decided to contact them and find out what's up. Here is the answer I received...I hope this helps some of you:

Thank you for your e-mail inquiry regarding the Stampin' Mist. We apologize if you and many others are having difficulties with their Stampin' Mist. We have been advised that the formula for the mist has not changed; however, because of them many complaints we received (from those with fragrance allergies) concerning the scent of the mist, most of the rose fragrance has been removed. We have also been advised that we recently received a bad batch of the Stampin' Mist. This batch has since been removed from the pick line; however, it sounds like you and many others received this defective product. We will be happy to send you a replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to complete your correction or resolve this situation via e-mail. Please contact our Demonstrator Support Call Center to have a phone agent assist you further. We can be reached at (800) 782-6787 between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm (MT), Monday through Friday. Please have your order number ready so we may serve you better.
