Do you scrapbook or just make cards? If you scrapbook or maybe even with cards their custom cutting system is great. I use their photo tape to put on the back of ribbon to adhere ribbon flat on a card. I personally use the tape runner instead of mono also but i think it is just b/c it is what I have always used and i feel like mono doesn't always stick over time. Maybe more info would help us to give you info.

I recommend the tools - esply the wavy cutter!! it is GREAT for scrapbooking as well as cards!! you can use it to make beautiful curves for the front of cards - also if you cut two thin strips you can even braid them together WAYYYYY cute!! can you tell that i immediately had to have one when i tried it?? the shape cutter are also great b/c you can use the different size blades to perfectly mat your photos (and cards!!)
If you don't already have metalic pens, they have a set of fine tip (or round tip) --gold, silver, patina and copper for $10.60. You could use those for cards or scrapping. I have 2 of the memory mate cases ($12). They are rectangular shaped and zip -I store my punches, adhesives and pens in them. If you have years and years of pictures-the Power sort box ($35 is awesome)-or you can store TONS of cards in them. (I have been scrapbooking using CM products for 10 years--but am not a demo!) I do use their albums, but it's a different style of scrapbooking. My very favorite is the 12 inch decorative trimmer ($24)-it makes waves and swells and is so fun. I guess that's my 5 cents. Have fun.
Hhhmmmm.... everything! I really love their albums and stickers and tools and papers and idea pages. I started as a scrapper and have recently started stamping but, I really love alot of the CM products.
They also have a relatively new paper cutter except it cuts wavy lines. Way cool!!! I also love their tape runner. Have never had a problem with it not sticking and a little goes a long way. Love their albums, too. Don't care for their style of stickers or paper, though.
I am a former CM consultant. Started with scrapbooking and have started making cards now too. Ditto on the tape runner and cutting system. I also love their personal trimmer. I use it almost everyday for a card or album page.
I like their corner rounder more than the SU! one. Also, I love the little personal paper trimmer for quick cropping of photos and it also works great for processing all of the Campbell's labels I collect for DS's school.

I couldn't live without their photo splits. They work out to being less expensive than most other brands and I find they work better and I love the case they come in.
I adore CM products! Every time I share my cutting system with stampers, my friend who sells CM gets an order! They also have great punches that have 2 sizes to them. ie. stars, squares, circles, hexagons, etc. Very easy for layering. The stickers they have compliment pictures wonderfully. They aren't too cutesy or bold. Let us know what you decide!
I used to be a CM consultant. I have switched styles of scrapping since I've been stamping cards with SU. I have sold most of my CM idea books on ebay and probably will sell the page patterns, too. When I've finished my scrapbooks, I'll be changing companies for a top loading system. I'll never get rid of my custom cutting system or punches, though.
The power sort system is great for organizing and geting it all together to scrap. I love their sidekick!!!! It holds a little trash bag and my coffee cup off the side of the table. I knock my coffee cup and slosh so getting it off the table is wonderful!!!! Their tape runner is great. The other thing I like is the personal trimmer. HTH
I love their cutting system and their shapemakers (punches). The punches are the traditional style (not SUs whale tails) so they're harder to punch, but I love the fact that they all come in four sizes for perfect layering.

I forgot also to say that the best thing I've ever purchased from CM is the Side-Kick. It's a cup holder/trash bag that hooks onto my work surface. I absolutely adore it and take it wherever I crop or stamp.

My husband liked my Sidekick so much he stole it for by his computer, so I'd say that's something for just about everyone. I'll also second the cutting system and the trimmers. I love the stickers, too!
Art is intended to provoke an emotion from a total stranger. If youve succeeded in this, consider yourself an artist. Paper Shanks Blog. Love me or hate me, you are still talking about me
I love the cutting system - great for cards or scrappin'. The punches and corner rounder are awesome, and I really like the new scalloped corner adorner. I love the PicFolio - a 6X7 leather scrapbook that converts to an easel - my neice did one up for me that is a calendar. If you are not looking to spend that much, the pens work really well.
Ditto to what everyone else has said! You can't beat their cutting systems, and the new wavy line cutter is awesome! I can't live without the personal photo trimmer and the corner rounder. The metallic pens are terrific, I have one set for scrapping and another for card signing, works especially great on dark colored cardstock. I have had the sidekick for years and can't scrapbook without it (but now I need one for my computer desk, LOL!)
My new contribution is that I love the smaller power sort boxes, I put photos for each of my kid's book in different small power sort boxes. I plan on getting the big power sort box eventually! I also love their craft storage bags, too.
Definately get the cutting system (ovals and circles) - better than anything on the market. The wavy cutter is very cool too. I also love their albums. They are beautiful. They have specialty albums, like Disney, that are also very nice.

If you hand journal, I recommend the Journaltopia. It takes a little to get used to, but I love it!
Their multipurpose tool is great for putting stickers down just where you want (good for SB and cards).
I have their circle/oval cutting tools which I started with and do like to use -- they are simple. I do prefer my Coluzzle circle/oval cutters now though just because there are many more options. But if you've tried Coluzzle and don't like it then I definitely recommend their circle/oval cutting system.

I vote for the personal trimmer (great for cutting small pieces and for matting an image) and the sidekick..... (for your coffee, soda, etc, with no spilling worries) and you can throw your trash in the trash bag that hangs from the side of it.
I have a lot of other CM products that I love, but those two are ALWAYS at my table!
I have some of their double shape punches, 2 power sort boxes, a mini sort box, the custom cutting system, journalling tool, and the personal trimmer. All get used a lot!

Ditto on the Side Kick, their cutting system rocks! I do not like the personal trimmer, though because it's rather bulky for what it does, and you can't fit a full sheet of paper in, no matter which way you turn it.
I also have to ditto the powersort box for getting your photos in order. The metallic pens are great, and they even have a set that write in an opaque red, blue, green, and orange for writing on dark paper, even black. I did see someone recommend the multipurpose tool, it's awesome for placing any kind of tiny object onto a card or scrapbook page. I did't see anyone recommend the Titletopias, they help you put stickers or stamp alphabet letters onto cards or scrapbook pages in either straight or wavy lines and they're not expensive. The Journaltopia is awesome for writing straight without having to pencil in lines first. I think that's it for now, but I'm sure I'm missing something.
I wanted a side kick too, but didn't know any CM consultants. I found a similar thing, slightly different brand at Recollections. I love the personal trimmer and cutting tools! And the photo splits!

I think you all have me sold on the side kick. I'll let you know what else I buy.
The main difference is that you can cut all the way around with the CM one, but the Coluzzle leaves a small space uncut. And of course the whole system works differently, but that's the main reason I prefer the CM system.
The only thing I have from CM is their corner rounder and I love it. It's so easy to punch and you just can't mess up if you try.
I second that, it's far superior to others.
I also love my sidekick and my metalic pens, they never skip!
Oh yea, I love their blue handled scissors that used to be part of the workshop price. Invaluable for those new "faux" monogram letters. A great size scissor and cuts perfectly.
The other silly but amazing "must have" is a teflon tool that looks like a letter opener in blue (cant remember the name). It will "undo" any mistakes you make with layering. It is also great for scoring your CS and about a million little things. It is ALWAYS on my stamping table!
