I want to share this with you guys because you will appreciate it. My Dh was mildly happy for me, but didn't realize how exciting.
So Papertrey. I've wanted a few of the dies. I had some other things to order, all that would be EXACTLY $60 and free shipping. But one of the stinking dies has been out of stock.
Every day, twice a day I've tried to add it to my cart for over a week now.
Last night it finally went in! (cloud die by the way) I know it's going to be sold out again soon, or something else I had in my cart will. But it's all good, I have my order done!
I actually pushed back my rolling chair, made it spin a bit, stabbed my fists into the air and yelled, "Victory is mine!!!"
Such a silly thing to be on a high over. I mean I could tell the story to sound way less fun, but yall know the excitement right?
right?

That is exciting! I know I do my own endzone dance when I finally get the stuff I want if I had to wait for it. I hate when things get sold out b/c I didn't order quickly enough.
This is the place where everyone would understand and give you a 'high five' for persistence (patience, dedication, ....
My stalking at Paper Trey was for the hot air balloon die. Was able to get the 'Up, Up and Away' stamp set and the cloud die at the same time but the die for the balloons was always out when I checked but now it is on the way to my house - hurrah!
Totally understand you elation. GOOD JOB as my niece would say.
My UPS guy knows when I am expecting a box with craft supplies - I am at the door ready to pounce on him. We all have to get excited about something and I personally think supplies are the BEST!
So today the UPS truck parks RIGHT in front of my house. He goes into the back of his truck. I live on a small street, it's GOT to be me, he's totally blocking my driveway and everything. I watch this through the window while making a card. GEtting more and more excited. I tell the boys, "When the doorbell rings it means Mommy got a package!"
After a few minutes he just drives a way! Apparently he was just organizing something? What the heck! Does he know how anxious I am about packages???

My UPS guy is awesome! I live in a small town too, and he's also the neighborhood gossip. He knows everything and feels free to share it with everyone. When we first moved in to this house, he stopped by on our first day and introduced himself. He gets so excited for me when I get a fun package, wants to know what it is, and often I have to open it up and show him. When it's something boring, he groans with me. LOL!
Erin, its a boy thing not understanding our excitement about craft products My housemate didnt understand me RUNNING out of the car (with it still on mind you) to get my first SU! package, fumble with my keys opening the door and plonk myself in the middle of the lounge floor and tear open the package. Then sitting there for like 15 mins going oooo and aaaaaa lol. Actually I think he videoed this for the hilarity.... lol.
But thats why we are here To share your enjoyment and to tell you that you are normal its them who are not :P
The package came yesterday and I didn't know until I was on the way out the door to a party, and running late.
I took it in the car, it was rush hour and I always get stuck at long lights when I'm in a hurry.
I had looked at everything before I made it to the party, just at lights, I was safe and all.
I haven't played with any of it yet, I had the party and then I had to get to bed when I got home. I suspect I will be playing today though!
I cannot tell you how many times I have run out the door and almost tripped over a package. Naturally I too, had to take it with me and check it out as I waited at stop lights. So nice to know I am not the only one. LOL
