Default "Kicking" stamp

I have an old Museum of Modern Rubber stamp that creates a "kicking" effect when used on the inside of a card. But I have lost the directions.
My grandson is in Karate, and I thought it would make a cute birthday card.
Does anyone have the directions, or know how to use the stamp. THANKS to all,

Okay, I did the instructions for the Turnin Wheel vs the kick. Attached is what I have for Kick. Not sure if this helps, it's what was printed on the stamp.

You want to stamp this on the backside of your card. Cut where the lines are solid and fold where the lines are dotted. Be sure to line up the part that says Card Center in the fold of your card. The part that says glue is where you place the item you want to kick. Here is the outside on the backside of the card.

What about using a spring on the back of the image?
