I saw really neat cards embellished with a punch wheel. It gives the
effect of paper piercing except that you just roll the wheel and it
pierces the paper evenly. I'm looking for a source to purchase. Has
anyone seen this neat tool? Please email me directly at [email protected] Thanks!

I saw one on Joannes.com. It's a really inexpensive tool, like $3.50 or so. Sorry, can't remember the name. Of course, you could always go to the fabric store and get a marking wheel in the Notions section. Works just great as a perforator.
I was just going to say that this sounds like a Dritz marking tool that we use in sewing. If you know a sewer, they are apt to have several of this on hand and are quite likely to give you one! I collect old sewing "stuff" and I have several of these -- what I have discovered is that the older tools have sharper, finer points that are set farther apart. I saw these demonstrated at a stamp show to perforate the edges of brass, copper and aluminum. I hadn't even thought of using them on paper -- DUH!
So if you are on the hunt for one of these, I would suggest hitting the second hand stores and Grandma's sewing basket first -- you are more likely to get a really cool perforating wheel that will yield the look you are aiming for. The newer ones I've seen at sewing stores are rather flimsy looking with a lightweight flat plastic handle. The old dudes have wonderful hard metal wheels that can take abuse and a nice rounded wooden handle to hold onto.
