Yes, I've always been happy with them. They often ship the next day, always send an email with a tracking number, and the order comes within 2-4 days from the email - always less than a week from when I ordered. (I'm in California). They always have sales so be sure to click on the Deals & Coupons category on the left to see all the sales. Happy shopping!
Fast shipping, good customer service. The only problem I've had - and to be fair this isn't just with them - is 8.5 x 11 cardstock arrived with corners bent a little due to hitting the inside of the box during shipping. They were quick to replace it, however. (I love the "bumpers" PTI puts on theirs.)
I order from them wayyy too often! It seems like I submit an order and its at my front door within just a couple days! I reccomend checking out their 'Deals & Coupons' section. Oftentimes they will have a free item posted, you just have to look for it and then click to add it to your order. I've gotten some pretty nice things...i.e. Tonic Studios Dot & Drop Blossom Spray die and today they have the Tim Holtz distress crayons set/2 for free!

Ditto to everything she said. I always have a wish list going for them by my computer and there are always great finds and new things to try. Start with the New Arrivals section, they really keep up with what is new on the market.

Be sure you get on their email list to be notified of specials. They sent me one on special stamp sets at a very low price. Of course, I had to shop around on the website and ordered several things. I checked out and paid. Then 10 minutes later I realized I didn't order those special stamp sets! I emailed right away to say I wanted to add them to my order....NO PROBLEM! They did it immediately and shipped all together. That tells me they pay attention to emails. Great prices and fast shipping.
I've ordered many times with no problems at all. And have rec'd my items quickly. The best example I know of excellent customer service: I ordered a Vagabond from them a couple of years ago. A few days later they had it on sale for $30.00 less than what I paid. I contacted them, thinking it couldn't hurt to ask. They refunded the difference to me in less than 24 hours. And made a lifelong customer out of me in the process.
