You put the word pumpkin in the comment section along with the item you want it applied to. They will make the adjustment to your charge once they process the order. You don't enter pumpkin into any field, that would be why it said invalid. Make sense?

Aren't you supposed to get 40% off the retail price? I bought spellbinders for 14.99, and was expecting 8.00 off the retail price of 19.99.
Isn't that the coupon percentage???

Sounds like they made an error. 40% off 24.99 is 14.99. And 24.99 is what a lot of them retail for. They probably overlooked that it was actually 19.99. You should get in touch with them. They could credit you $3. In the comment section, I put the coupon code and I always reiterate the retail price and what I expect to be charged.
