Default Round telescoping card

Does anyone know where I can find directions for the round telescoping cards shown on mmtpt151 in the gallery. Thank you so much.

Default Round telescoping card

Thank so you very much, its exactly what I was looking for. Not complicated, but I was not having any success finding any instructions. Having the exact measurements makes it so much easier. Thanks again.

Default Telescope Card

It's really neat but her tutorial is very vague. I wish she would show us the back side so I know where to place the ribbon also how it opens/closes.
