Thanks for caring enough to share all your hard work!!!!! I can't even begin to imagine all the time it took to get that list together! THANKS AGAIN!!!!
to put together such a complete list. I've already used the one you sent meand it was great. I can't imagine anyone trying to steal your hard work, but I'm not naive enough to know that people like that are not out there.
KAYLA WROTE:I may have "organized" it and spent a great deal of time testing the values, but that would not have been possible without the generous public postings of the following SCSers: Nate's Ma; KymbersStampin; HeyMeyNell; Doris B; sparksdm; LoriJ; Stampinaholic; *PLUS* all of the encouraging members who all gave the rally cry...
From all us newbies that are out here on the SCS site, this is just wonderful! Thank you to all you seasoned "vets" who put this info together. I love to put a verse or two inside my handmade cards & struggle to choose the "right colour". This little bit of info is just incredible & will now ENHANCE my creations!
Once again Kayla & Co. - your time & effort are greatly appreciated on this "task" of putting together such a valuable tool!Bravo, Bravo, Bravo!!!!
Kaylyn,
I just tried this on my computer/printer- your directions are very clear and I was able to figure it out immediately! This is a goldmine of information- I just LOVE THIS!!!!! Thanks so much for your time, and also everyone who helped you compile this information! And, Thanks for sharing with all of us!
Just one question- this had to take a ton of time- no glitter on the rug while you were busy at the computer??? LOL
Has anybody tried the Lavender Lace RGB code? For me it seemed more like almost amethyst? Is it just me? Every other RGB code I've tried so far has been PERFECT!!!!!
THANKS, KAYLYN, FOR SHARING THIS INFORMATION WITH US FELLOW STAMPERS. I HAD HEARD THAT THERE WAS A LIST SOMEWHERE ON THE SITE AND I HUNTED AND HUNTED FOR A WEEK. LO, AND BEHOLD, I FOUND IT THIS MORNING JUST WHILE BROWSING THIS THREAD.
I ALWAYS GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DO AND HOPE THAT THOSE SCAMMERS OUT THERE REALIZE THE CONSEQUENCES THEY COULD INDURE.
Thanks so much for doing this, Kaylyn. I finally got around to trying this out and it's wonderful. I have been "guessing" at matching these colors in my Microsoft Publisher program for quite a while, which has been very inefficient and frustrating. This will be so much nicer for me. You have improved the quality of my stamping life muchly.
Linda

I have used these codes that you worked so hard to come up with so many times and really can't thank you enough! What a super resource. I organized all my cardstock this summer and used your awesome codes to print the matching SU color on file folder labels using my computer and for many cards as well. It's a perfect match! So thanks. I just made a card using the code for lovely lilac ~ it matches perfect! I put it in the gallery and so many requested the link to your thread w/the codes! So, really thank you so much! I just wanted to thank the you, original poster and give credit where credit was do!
You are awesome and deserve a huge round of applause!
Oh my gosh...all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never knew that this possibility even existed! I just tried it out with several colors and it's just unbelievable! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! You opened a whole new design element to me!!
You gals are the BEST!!!! Hadn't ever thought about doing this! I KNOW how much time this must have taken you. This is truly such a selfless thing to do.
I'm not privy to the 'dirty' bad stuff that apparently went down with this, but I'm sorry that someone seems to have claimed YOUR hard work as their own and SOLD it!!! Sooo not cool!!! I'm usually such a naive optimist that it would never occur to me to do that kind of thing, let alone think that someone else would stoop that low.
Forget about the bad, and just know how grateful the rest of us are. What goes around comes around. If any of us do something that would benefit the rest of SCS, I'm sure we would share it in a heartbeat! Thanks for being that kind...instead of the other...
Y'all just continue to amaze me with your kindness and support!! I appreciate your cyberhugs - especially since I've been a bit low lately... Reading your kindnesses couldn't come at a better time!!!
I'm *SO* glad that y'all are getting so much use out of these codes!!! Isn't it just *AWESOME* how much of a new world they open up? Hey - check out this new cross-posting I've started where you may actually get *EVEN MORE* use out of them...if you can believe that!!! Quick Thinking - Really, I Like You
Thanks again all of your *WONDERFUL* SCS women...**STAMPERS ROCK**!!! ~ Kaylyn

I have Word 98 for Mac, does anyone know if I can customize my font colors? I tried the instructions given but there is no custom option. Please help me, these are so awesome! Thanks

This is so very cool!
You are awesome (as are your partners in talent!)
Thank you SO much for all the time and effort you put into this. I admit, at first I didn't understand what I had just skimmed through...then I read the fine print... hee hee! Then I played in word! How awesome!!!!!!!
I've been reading many of your posts these past few days & have to say... I like your style! Keep up the good work!
ps...can I ask a dumb question? How did you pick your little signature picture (forgot the formal name for it, sorry)... [the real dumb question is... who is that?[)
/thank you Kaylyn for the great list. I must say that at first I didn't know what this was but once I figures it out I want to send you many, many Kudos for all your time compiling this list from all our RUBBER STAMPING SISTERS.
Forgive me if I missed something, but what is RGB Codes?
They're the numbers you type in when you want to customize a color in most computer programs. Sometimes you see that great big color wheel, or the grid with colors and a bar going down the side. Along with that, there is usually a spot that you can just choose the amounts of Red Green and Blue (RGB).
Hope that helps.

I am not the best at navigating this site yet. I tried to send you an e-mail, but couldn't figure how to do so. Anyhow, you and I communicated about my problems with trying the color numbers on a Mac. You were going to do some research and get back to me. I figured you just never found anything or were too busy. Tonight when the code thread resurface I went back to Word and did some further digging. Lo and behold it was not like you described but it was there. I only did one family, but I will return and do more. I add my kudos to you and your helpers. This is so exciting. I also read some of the exchanges about the stamp set. You all are too much, but it has kept me laughing as I get used to this whole new world of stamping.
For those of you who is using a version of PaintShop Pro with swatches. I have gone through Kaylyns list of colors and made a set of swatches and I am offering to anyone interested.

Hi Sara! I have Paint Shop Pro. I'm still trying to learn to use it but I am interested in having these. My e-mail address is [email protected]. Thanks! Linda
I bow to the greatness of all that worked on this project. You all rock! I never would have even thought about trying it but I'm very happy that you guys did.
WOWIE ZOWIE! As a web page designer, I KNOW how much work this was! HUGE thanks and kudos for all involved in putting this together, and even bigger JEERS for anyone who is using this in not-so-ethical ways.
Thanks again Kaylyn for putting it together, and to those you listed for their contributions as well!
