Oh my goodness, that sounds like fun!! Can I come, please?! LOL I think if you ask around to see what real interest you have, and then start calling hotels and conference rooms, etc... and price a place out, then ask around again and see where the interest is at once you place a price on it. I would need a small committee to help me I think. You would need to plan for shoebox projects and stuff to keep everyone with some projects to do.
