tape
It is double sided tape that has a red "liner" on it. You unroll like any other tape, stick it on, then remove the red liner toreveal the 2nd sticky side. HTH

i know that there is red electrical tape, but other wise it could be all the paperwork to get through for loans, house purchases, i don't know any other red tape, sorry

I purchased the "red tape" at Hobby Lobby. 1/4" wide cost $2.99. SU also has this product (which I'm waiting for shipment). It's double-sided and sticks permanently. It's a very strong tape. Used it for sealing sour cream containers filled with Hershey valentine candies. Worked great!
Probably the Terrifically Tacky Tape (official name for it)...it looks red in the package, but is actually clear, and it holds beads and other small items wonderfully!
