Default Red Eye Pen

Help. I have never used a red eye pen. Last night a customer said she bought one last year and when she uses it, the eyes turn green!! Glossy and mat photos both. Anyone ever have this problem? Is there a trick to using this pen??

Default red eye pen

Hello,
I have one and I love it! The trick is to ONLY color over the red part. The pen is tinted green so that it makes red parts darker and appear black. If you color over the little white dot in your eyes or the white around the edge it will be greenish. Good luck!-Melissa
