I've made them using two pennies -- attached in this order

stamped image
penny
stampin' dimensional
penny

The stampin' dimensional creates the "slot" where the paper of your card front goes it.

I've used different things to attach the stamped image to the first penny -- mono, double stick tape, sticky strip, stampin' dimensional. Glue dots or crystal effects should work, too.

Good luck -- they're fun!

I just made my first spinner yesterday and used pennies. It worked like a charm. The instructions on this website indicated the slot opening should be 1/4" wide. I had to make mine 1/2" wide. I think it depends on the width of the dimentional used. You might have to tweak it a little depending on your own products. Good luck!

I also put dimensionals in between the C.S. so the "spinner" actually spins better. Usually one each over the middle of the "glider slot" (leaving room for it to glide) I have also found the better you "center" your pennies in the middle of your "spinner" the better it spins. So, take your time to mount your spinner and you will be much happier with the results.
