If you ordered from a company that had free shipping, and when the item arrived (stamp set) it was in a clear CD holder but the holder was cracked from one edge to the other, would you send it back?
It is cracked horizontally so when you open the case, you have to open the top and bottom separately.
Doesn't seem worth it, but it sort of drives me crazy to use the way it is now.

I would let the company know so that they could utilize better shipping materials in the future. And I would expect a new holder to be shipped out. Because the stamps are stored in the CD case, it's part of the product, and should be delivered intact, regardless of the cost of the shipping.
I would send an email to let them know ... and if they offer to send you a new case, great! I wouldnt mail it back ... it would cost you more in the long run, than picking up a case for a buck or so at the dollar store or wherever. That's just me. But I would let them know, just so they KNOW this is happening.
I would just go to the dollar store and buy a new CD case...if you send it back you'll probably pay more than the dollar for postage...just my opinion
I would just get another case. You can get CD cases almost any where cheaply. I would call the company though and let them know the conditiono it was in when it arrived.

So it sounds like I should let them at least know about it, and then hunt down a dollar store and buy a single case. I'm in Seattle and it probably costs me more in gas to get a case, so I just might send it back.
Thanks for the advice!
