hi
On the front cover of the new Stampin Up book the paper thats attached to the ribbon, What is an easy way to get the notches in the ends? I know i saw it somewhere but can't remember. I'm sure someone on here can help:-)

You mean the end of the paper ribbon? You can use a corner of a square punch. You can use the Pennant punch. You can even hand cut it.

The Bitty Banners Framelits Die was used to make the paper you are asking about.

When I want to cut my ribbon with the ends like that I simply fold the ribbon in half and then cut using my scissors, but that won't work with card stock because then you would see the crease/fold in it.
