I bought quart size paint cans for Easter gifts and I'm having trouble figuring out how to cover them. I didn't realize that the 12 inch paper is too short to go all the way around.
So... what do you do to your cans? How do you keep the ugly can from showing?

Use just regular plain legal size paper (8.5 x 14) for the background and wrap around then embellish on top of this with cardstock and such. The 14" paper fits around the can.

I make the part that doesnt match up the front of my can and usually when your all done "decorating" it you can't tell. I have found that a piece of "feathered" mulberry paper as "matting" works well too.
Good luck
