Congrats! You will be so thrilled. I just got one a couple weeks ago. It is so easy to use. Our church just came out with a new directory. I cut it in half, laminated the front and back, and "Rubi'd" it. It is GREAT.
I bought my machine from LaminatorWarehouse and coils separately from the site below, which is actually "Bonnie's Best Art Tools". I have talked to her on the phone, tool. She is great to work with and provides quick service. I have ordered other things besides coils.
Go to the link and you will find all the colors and desciption. You really need to decide what you will be doing. However, the real reason I order coils here is that she does color and size mixing for us. She has a "try me pack" so you can try out different sizes, which I ordered. She will also mix colors, such as 100 of one size with as many as 4 color choices. She also carries the premium colors, which she will provide in up to 3 colors for a total of 75 coils. There is a description of the size of the coils on her page.
I ordered navy, purple, forest green, aubergine, verdigris, old gold, pearl, clear, black in different sizes. The colors are gorgeous! I already want more.

Also, here is a chart from LaminatorWarehouse that shows how many pages you can put in a booklet per coil size. Keep in mind that this is text weight paper (typing paper) and does not include mat board covers (like we would probably use). So keep that in mind. On the RubiCoil itself, there is actually a gage that you can slide your pages against and it will tell you what size coil to use.
After I posted, I saw that the chart would not print, so here is the link to the chart:
