My son's first card and we posted up in the gallery the day before the gallery went down so it hasn't had a lot of views.. He has asked me everyday since we posted it if anyone has said anything about it and I have had to tell him that the gallery was down and no one had even seen it yet.. Please if you could just take 2 minutes and do this RAK for me, I would appreciate it..
Request filled! He did a great job for a first card!!!

Can you believe the teacher never sent a note of acknowledgement???? I am very frustrated about that. I know that she has a lot of students and whatever but I just think that is tacky!

I didn't mean to offend and I guess I should elaborate a little more before anyone gets the impression that I was being rude.
This particular teacher was my son's teacher when he was in Pre-K. She is now the teacher for my daughter. At the end of the school year we did give her a gift and never received any acknowledgement for the gift. I thought this year I would make it a point to remember her birthday so we ALL made cards.. My daughter, son and ME. So not only did we send her a card but we sent in THREE.. I even talked to her today and asked her how her birthday was thinking that maybe she would verbally thank me for the card and we talked for about 5 minutes about her birthday and NOTHING..
Anyway, I wanted to clarify that so no one thinks that I am rude or vain or any other adjectives you could think of. However, I will NOT be getting her anything for a end of school year thank you gift. I am offended. :(
I'm glad this was bumped back up. I hadn't seen it before and it is such a cute card. I love to see kids enjoying something that we all appreciate. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
As for the teacher not acknowleging you when you asked her about her bday, I think that is a little tacky of her to not even thank you for the cards. That is just common courtesy in my book!

What a great card your little guy did!!! I'm a teacher and I must admit that I do send thank-you cards or a little note of thanks to my kids if they give me a gift or fancy card. I even mail them so that the kids get it in the mail.
I did post a comment for him! Thanks for sharing.
