maybe this is old news, or this could even be where I got the idea in the first place, but the brown packing paper that comes in Su boxes is the COOLEST paper for shredding...I run it through my gramma's paper shredder and keep it in a bad, and it is the best filler for gift bags, baskets, and cello bags with toppers!
Oh, no -- not something *else* I need to save! I wonder how it would work for doing the inking/crumpling/spritzing technique to make backgrounds... Has anybody tried that?
Happy trails....
Sue

If it's like a brown grocery bag paper, it would be nice used with the "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" set. I've used brown paper bag to make cards and wrap with this set in either brown or black ink and it looks REALLY nice!
Do you think this would work as an idea for that really cute 'crimped' filler that is so expensive to buy -
Crimp sections (whatever fits your crimper) and THEN send it through your shredder.
Let me know if this works as my husband's shredded is a 'cross shredder' and just makes confetti out of everything so I can't really try this but thought it might work!
